From the conversation with Tony over the phone to the meeting with the Technician Jose, the knowledge and customer service were top-notch. Jose immediately came in and told me what was wrong with my unit. He provided pictures of the cause as well. Previously, two “licensed” technicians failed to mention any real issue.
