Many thanks to Climate Heroes for being accessible, available, knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Would like to recognize Ron in particular for his patient and informative communication skills which helped me gain confidence to move forward with getting the work done. Ron, Jose, and Tony (the owner) made sure that communication was given throughout the process and that any concerns were promptly resolved. Technicians were prompt with arrival.
